The Islamic Center of Tulsa has purchased land near 129th & the Creek Turnpike in B.A. They're asking the city for zoning changes to build a retail center & a place for "assembly" ~ a mosque. This is near the same area that B.A tried to have a casino open 15 years ago after telling its citizens that they were against it.
